Shame is an unpleasant word but something that we all deal with. If we let it stay with us, it has the potential to change how we see ourselves and others, even altering our perception of reality. Shame can press in around us and can make us feel stuck and doubting our worth. We want to help you kick shame to the curb so you are able to live a life of freedom and joy that God has called you to.
